Hehehe... I thought this looked kind of like Knives from Trigun. Anyways.
This guy's hair doesn't seem to be effected by gravity at all. When doing a style like this, the smaller the end points and the more there are the better it will look. Sometimes a more stylaized version of this can look neat too. Take Gon from Hunter X Hunter, his hair has the whole stand up on ends thing going on, but there aren't very many tips, and they're rather large.
