I'd say that his guy's hair is divided into two parts. The bangs, and the rest. The "bangs" are longer and sort of flow out over the front of his face. Everything starts at a center point right about the very middle of the top of his head.

The hair in the back of his head is short and pretty much comes to the same length all around.
